"View From Mystery Ridge"

This image was made a few years ago while visiting Sedona, Arizona. Sedona is one of the most naturally beautiful places on the earth.  While driving over this ridge, we pulled over so I could capture this shot. Although the location was beautiful on its own, I worked the image in Lightroom to come up with this much more colorful result. The rich vibrant colors of the desert, the saturated colors of the sky, the single yellow cloud, and slight vignette yield an interesting, surreal presentation of color and composition. Camera specs: Canon 5D fitted with 12-24mm lens at 24mm, F7.1 @ 1/50 second, ISO100. Enjoy!  David

  2. Great work David. Was this a 7D? Is there a 12-24 for the 5D?
